Pure Soul is founded by Anita Rohila to honor her husband, Raja Singh, and the way he lived with kindness, compassion, and generosity toward everyone in his life.

Anita started her volunteer work in India where she dedicated herself to helping the homeless and orphaned children.  In addition to donating numerous blankets and sewing machines, Anita funded an expansion of a building where orphans lived.

After returning to the United States, Anita expanded her efforts to help the homeless in Seattle by donating sleeping bags and hats.

These experiences led Anita to focus her efforts on educating and mentoring disadvantaged children in Seattle.
